Tasting Note
A spicy and fruity nose. A smooth and well-balanced mouth with black fruits aromas. A good integration of maturing in barrels. Yield: 40hl/ha. Best drunk with lamb, red meat or game.
Yield 40hl/ha - Should be kept for a minimum of 8 to 10 years.
