Macerated for 20 to 25 days Matured in vats and 20% in barrels, 4 and 5 years old.
Tasting Note
A spicy and fruity nose. A smooth and well-balanced mouth with black fruits aromas. A good integration of maturing in barrels.
Yield: 40hl/ha. Best drunk with lamb, red meat or game.
