Vinification 100% de-stemmed. Vinified in stainless steel vats, half of the wine is aged for 12 months in 30hl barrels.
Tasting Note The wine is rich, powerful and fruity yet distinctly reminiscent of the Luberon. Coming from a part of the vineyards known as ‘Le Castellet’, this is Cabernet that reflects its terroir rather than the varietal.
