Vinification 100% de-stemmed. Vinified in stainless steel vats, half of the wine is aged for 12 months in 30hl barrels.
Tasting Note Half of the wine is aged for 8 months in 30 hl barrels. Typical of the south, the wine is rich and powerful with a note of blackcurrant. A nice sweetness in the palate. Good wine with lots of meats particularly game cured meats….
