Tasting Note
This wine comes from our oldest vines situated on the Hauts Artèmes plateau, which rises to an altitude of 290 metres, and benefits from the exceptional weather conditions of that year. The result is an intense and deep, garnet-red wine. The first impression is velvety with a bouquet of well-ripened black fruits and spices. The wine is structured but very elegant with light woody notes. This is a big wine that is perfectly balanced.
Yield: 30hl/ha - Can be kept for up to 15 years. Decant before serving.

A fine accompaniment to leg of lamb and game.
