Tasting
A beautiful, deep, dark ruby red robe. The bouquet is intense, with rich notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, and licorice elegantly balanced with hints of vanilla and toast. The smooth attack is a prelude to a full-bodied and structured palate, lingering with ripe fruit and spice on a well-structured tannic framework and well-integrated oak. Length, distinction, and excellent aging potential characterize this Gouverneur.
