Tasting
Beautiful dark and deep ruby red color. The bouquet is intense, rich notes of blackberries, blackcurrant and liquorice are elegantly matched with vanilla and toasted touches. The suave attack is a prelude to a rich and structured palate, long lined with ripe fruits and spices on a well-constructed tannic frame and well-controlled wood. Length, distinction and good aging potential characterize this Gouverneur.
