Chestnut Rosé 2024
Fruity and delicate, red fruits
AOP Luberon | 12% Alc. | 75cl
Terroir
Places called 'Ventabrène' and 'Piedasse'. Sandy marl soil with a rather northern exposure. It is the coolest terroir of the Domaine due to its altitude and its exposures. The wines are expressive and harmonious with medium ageing potential, with plenty of freshness and delicacy where flowers, fruits and spices blend together.

51% Syrah, 37% Cinsault, 12% Grenache
Age of the vine
35 years old.

23 Hl/ha.
Cultivation methods
Organic farming, double cordon de royat pruning, disbudding, green harvesting and pre-sorting before harvest. The soils are fragile and little worked, systematic and complete plant cover.
Winemaking
Destemmed harvest. Direct pressing: 100% free-run juice followed by 18-hour cold settling. Vinification using separate grape varieties. Yeast addition followed by alcoholic fermentation at 14°C for 3 weeks. Blending before bottling.
Breeding
In stainless steel tanks on lees for 3 months.
Tasting
Lychee-colored dress. A frank palate supported by a superb minerality: Nose of strawberry, cherry, and blood orange, aromas that continue on the palate with beautiful bitters on the finish; thirst-quenching.
