Terroir
These are sandy, silty Miocene soils, early terroirs. Deep and rich soils. The wines are fresh, full-bodied, and rounded.

50% Cabernet, 50% Syrah

35 years old.

7.5 Hl/ha.

Cultivation methods
Double royat cordon pruning, disbudding, eco-grazing.

Winemaking
Destemmed harvest. Direct pressing: 100% free-run juice followed by 18-hour cold settling. Yeast addition followed by alcoholic fermentation at 14°C for 3 weeks; no MLF. Blended before bottling.

Breeding
In stainless steel tank for 3 months.

Tasting
Lightly powdery color with hints of exotic fruits and blackcurrant buds. The palate is distinguished by a beautiful acidity. A fairly short finish marked by a beautiful freshness.
