Terroir
These are sandy soils from the silty Miocene, early terroirs. Deep and rich soils. The wines are fresh, delicious and round.

50% Cabernet, 50% Syrah

35 years old.

7.5 Hl/ha.

Cultivation methods
Double Royat cordon pruning, disbudding, eco-grazing.

Winemaking
Destemmed harvest. Direct pressing: 100% free-run juice then cold settling for 18 hours. Yeast addition then alcoholic fermentation at 14°C for 3 weeks; no MLF. Blending before bottling.

Breeding
In stainless steel tank for 3 months.

Tasting
Lightly powdery color with accents of exotic fruits and blackcurrant buds. The palate is distinguished by a beautiful acidity. Fairly short finish marked by a beautiful freshness.
