Terroir
The area known as 'Le Castelet' has an altitude of 150m, and is classified as a PGI. These are sandy, silty soils from the Miocene, and are early-ripening. The wines are fresh, full-bodied, and rounded.

45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 10% Grenache

35 years old.
Yield
30 Hl/ha.
Cultivation methods
Double cordon pruning, disbudding. Use of plant cover.
Winemaking
Destemmed harvest, short vinification with 4 days of cold pre-fermentation. Yeast addition. Racking off on the 10th day of maceration.
Breeding
End of liquid phase FA. MLF in stainless steel tank, 20% of the volume is transferred to new barrels for 6 months.
Tasting
Beautiful, deep, bright red color. A flattering nose with aromas of cherries, raspberries, and blueberries. Crafted with balance and respect for the fruit, this juicy wine offers supple tannins and a pleasant finish with subtle notes of oak.
