The vineyard known as 'Le Castelet' sits at an altitude of 150m and is classified as IGP. The soils are sandy loam from the Miocene epoch, producing early-ripening wines. The wines are fresh, luscious, and well-rounded.

57% Merlot, 24% Syrah, 15% Grenache

Cultivation methods
Double cordon pruning, bud removal. Use of cover crops.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested, 100% destemmed. Short vinification over 10 days. Racking at mid-fermentation to preserve the fruit.
Livestock farming
In a concrete tank for 4 months.
Tasting
A light red robe tinged with garnet hues. This color is the first visual clue to the wine's lightness and finesse. Cherry, strawberry, and raspberry offer a delicate and refreshing aromatic palette. On the palate, a light red wine with a fluid texture. Very supple tannins make this wine easy to drink. A balanced and harmonious palate. The low presence of tannins and the lightness of the aromas allow for a straightforward tasting experience, where each note blends smoothly to offer a memorable moment of pleasure.
